Marcus Littles is the founder and a senior partner at Frontline Solutions, one of the country’s foremost Black-owned management consulting ﬁrms, which serves the nonproﬁt and philanthropic sectors. Littles is a visionary leader, thought partner, and organizational strategist. His experience and expertise include organizational development and behavior, enterprise development and economic justice, and leadership support and development.
Previously, Littles served as a senior fellow at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, as a consultant for TCC Group, and as an associate program oﬃcer at the Ford Foundation. He has held positions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as an educator at a middle school in South Africa, and as a program director at several youth development organizations. Littles has written and contributed to numerous publications, and he serves on a number of boards of social impact organizations and enterprises. Littles is a sought-after facilitator, speaker, and strategist in the social change sector.
Littles graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and earned a master’s in public administration with honors from the University of Delaware.
